Shipping policy

Processing time: Every order is packed by hand by our small team and ships within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches it may take a little longer, and we’ll email you if your order is delayed.

Rates: We currently ship within the United States. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. $5.99 standard shipping under $50. Faster USPS options, when available, are shown at checkout.

Delivery: Orders ship USPS with tracking and usually take 3–7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of being placed

Tracking: You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged: Double-check your address at checkout, because we can’t redirect a package once it ships. If your order shows delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll help make it right with the carrier.
