Refund policy

30-day returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

How to return: Email contact.immortalxv@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can’t be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable: Gift cards and sale items.

Exchanges
Start a return for the item you have, and place a new order for the size you want. Not sure about fit? Check the Size & fit chart on each product page, or message us before you order.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
